We all need hope for today and the future. Hope Rising is about your freedom: the freedom to be yourself. There is hope for every person to gain a sense of freedom from struggles with anxiety, depression or from the effects of traumatic memories.

Hope Rising offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to give you time and space to express your feelings and thoughts and to work through areas of your choosing where you feel stuck. As a result of this type of therapy, clients typically experience a renewed sense of freedom, release, and a restoration of confidence with improved self-esteem.
